TDM Audio Crosspoints

The ADMX is the core backbone of the EMR unified platform for the ability to route audio universally across various formats. AES, analogue, MADI, Studer A-Link, Calrec Hydra2, SMPTE ST 2110-30, ST 302M, Dante® and embedded audio. This unique audio routing solution provides an extremely robust and flexible any-audio-type to any-audio-type in an unblocking manner down to the mono audio channel level.

The ADMX audio TDM crosspoint is a packet routing core that allows for flexible non-blocking routing on a mono basis. It is great for applications that are highly dense and also provides elasticity for expansion as demands grow, the ADMX are offered in a number of sizes and form factors to fit the many different environments.

Pair up a set of ADMX for dual hot redundancy, where the OP cards can provide and packer-based resilient fail-over. Integrate with Evertz SDI routers for embedded audio plus any discrete audio routing in a non-blocking wildcard any-audio to any-audio fashion. Form Factors

Modular ADMX TDM audio crosspoints are offered in a number of different sizes:

7800EMR-ADMX-8x8

This 2-slot module for the 7800 series frames can support up to 5120x5120 audio channels across its 8x8 physical TDMv2 ports, of which 6 can be configured for MADI ports.

Advanced features and trouble shooting tools:

  • 640ch DSP paths (mix, inversion, mute gain and fade)
  • 640ch of audio monitor for level, silence and phase
  • 128ch signal generator
  • Status and error reporting for all TDM ports
  • 1x output port can also be configured for 3G-SDI that has 640ch audio bar display.

EMR-ADMX-20x20

This 1-slot module for the EMX series frames can support up to 12800x12800 audio channels across its 20x20 physical TDMv2 or TDMv3 ports.

Advanced features and trouble shooting tools:

  • 640ch DSP paths (mix, inversion, mute gain and fade)
  • 640ch of audio monitor for level, silence and phase.
  • 128ch signal generator
  • Status and error reporting for all TDM ports
  • AUX Port D provides a 3G-SDI that has 640ch audio bar display.

EMR-ADMX-40x40

This 2-slot module for the EMX series frames can support up to 25600x25600 audio channels across its 40x40 physical TDMv2 or TDMv3 ports; all ports have status and error reporting.

EMR-ADMX-48X48

This 2-slot module for the EMX series frames can support up to 30720x30720 audio channels across its 48x48 physical TDMv2 ports; all ports have status and error reporting.

EQX10-XPTG-ADMX10 and EQXUHD-XPT-160-ADMX

The ADMX audio TDM crosspoint is available inside the EQX10 and EQXUHD frame. It lives on hybrid audio/video crosspoint modules with core 10x10 port TDM crosspoint for internal AVIP/AVOP paths or external connections, plus an additional 5x inputs and 5x outputs DIN connections configured as TDM or MADI.

NEXX

The NEXX also contains a single hybrid audio/video crosspoint module. Each IO module has the ability to support MADI and/or TDM to connect any TDM discrete audio I/O module.
