Administrative Assistant, HR - 18-month Contract

This position is ideal for recent graduates.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support across all areas of HR and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is an 18-months full-time contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents and maintaining HR files.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Update and maintain reports and databases
- Provide support for various Company events, HR programs, processes and initiatives
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Must Haves:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Location: Burlington, Ontario (in-office position)
Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00pm

Salary Range: $40K CAD - $45K CAD
