Customer Order Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to accurately enter and manage orders based on customer purchase orders and internal requests for Production and R&D. This role involves close collaboration with the Production team to monitor ship dates and address any delays.
The successful candidate will communicate order status clearly and promptly to internal departments, sales representatives, project managers, and customers, ensuring transparency and efficient coordination throughout the order fulfillment process.
Responsibilities:
- Create internal sales order within custom billing system
- Organize delivery details such as, system customization notes, ship date, mode of transport, and payment terms
- Provide customers and sales team with delivery updates such as, order revision requirements and transit rescheduling
Qualifications:
- College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Location: Burlington, Ontario (in-office position)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours.

Salary Range: $40K CAD - $45K CAD
