SLA Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support our sales team in a presales capacity, with a focus on Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role involves coordinating and leading meetings with sales representatives, internal departments, and customers to ensure alignment and clarity on SLA-related offerings. Responsibilities
- Providing Administrative Sales Support for SLA's and Extended Warranty
- Source and prepare customer equipment summaries
- Process SLA costing calculator
- Schedule/lead calls to review new SLA proposal requests
- Prepare Quotes for SLA proposals
- Assemble SLA proposals
- Maintain SLA Tracker
- Follow-up on SLA renewals and Quote as needed
- Sort and process inquiries to SLA Admin Inbox
- Lead check in calls with SLA Client Support Managers to check on SLA deliverables and changes, track any on-site support and/or training days if applicable
- Quote Extended Hardware Warranty as requested by Sales
- Review Extended Hardware Warranty on new systems quotes (as requested)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
- Superior organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
