In This Role, You Will:
• Provide technical support for enterprise applications, servers, and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot issues related to Linux/Unix OS, databases, networking, and application servers
• Analyse complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with global development, operations, and product teams, including Korean speaking stakeholders, to resolve escalated issues
• Communicate technical findings, updates, and resolutions in Korean and English
• Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases
• Support automation and troubleshooting using Python and/or JavaScript scripts
What You’ll Need for This Role
Key Qualification Requirements
• Professional proficiency in Korean (spoken) - mandatory
• Minimum 1+years of experience on Linux/Unix operating systems
• Working proficiency in English
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, routing, troubleshooting)
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL queries, troubleshooting, performance checks)
• Familiarity with application servers such as Tomcat, Nginx, Apache, or similar
• Scripting skills in Python and/or JavaScript
• Logical and structured approach to problem-solving and debugging
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS
• Familiarity with APIs and integration troubleshooting
• Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools
• Basic knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker)
• Prior experience supporting Korean customers or global teams
