Imports Coordinator


Responsibilities:

  • Processes customs documents for imports
  • Tracks inbound shipments and handles any customs delays
  • Receives and organizes NAFTA certificates from all suppliers
  • Resolves import discrepancies with Canada Customs on a regular basis
  • Maintains tariff codes for imported products in parts database
  • Other admin duties as assigned (filing, photocopying, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary education in related field (Business, Administration)
  • Attention to detail, organized, able to work under pressure with good time management skills
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
