Imports Coordinator (Entry-Level)


  • Process customs documents for imports
  • Tracks inbound shipments and handles any customs delays
  • Receives and organizes CUSMA Certificate from all suppliers
  • Resolves imports discrepancies with Canada Customs on a regular basis
  • Maintains tariff codes for imported products in parts database
  • Other admin duties as assigned
  • Ensure all transportation arrangements are made for all inbound imports over air, LTL and ocean.
  • Checking carrier invoices, pricing, obtaining shipping quotes
  • Ensuring current carriers are performing to standard and select new carriers when needed


  • Post-Secondary education in related field (Business, Administration)
  • Attention to detail, organized, able to work under pressure with good time management skills
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with short deadlines
  • 0-1 year in relevant experience
