Vista 1 Carbon - 12F Digital Mixing Console
The 2nd generation Vista 1 Carbon is designed to meet the evolving operational, connectivity, and reliability requirements of today's broadcast and production environments, while preserving the familiar Vista workflow and operational experience while incorporating a modernized hardware architecture and enhanced system integration capabilities.
As part of the Magnum, VUE and Bravo suite integration, the Vista 1 Carbon 12F delivers the flexibility and performance required for a wide range of applications, including OB, broadcast studios, remote productions, houses of worship, theatres, and live event environments. Optional D23 Audio Gateways and 570EMR-AG-HUBs provide integration with SMPTE ST 2110 Audio-over-IP infrastructures.
Compact Size, Full Vista Performance
Despite its compact footprint, the Vista 1 Carbon 12F delivers the full power and functionality expected from the Vista family. Building on the proven operational model of the Vista 1 Carbon, maintaining the intuitive workflow trusted by operators while introducing a more robust, reliable, and sustainable platform for long-term deployment.
The console is capable of handling large source counts, complex routing requirements, and demanding live production workflows while providing comprehensive mono, stereo, and surround mixing capabilities. Support for a wide range of audio formats-including SDI Embedded Audio, AES/EBU, MADI, Dante, and Audio-over-IP solutions-ensures seamless integration into existing and future broadcast infrastructures.
Its integrated routing architecture enables tighter system integration, reducing the need for external routing equipment while providing centralized control and increased operational efficiency. The result is a compact mixing platform that delivers the performance, scalability, and reliability required for today's broadcast, production, and entertainment applications.

Integral I/O
The Vista 1 12F Digital Mixing System has one integrated 64-channel MADI I/O audio-only port, that could connect directly to a NEXX routing system and you can add up to 2 compact I/O modules. A common configuration seen in above image are 16-channel HQ Mic/line-in with 24-Bit A/D and 16-channel line out that use 24-Bit DAC. See ordering option for specific part number options.
Additional expansion is possible, using Studer D21m I/O to enable a scalable, high-density 24-bit 48kHz audio system. Optional D21m I/O cards are available, in popular formats such as Dante, Analogue Mic/line inputs and Line Outputs, AES, MADI, SDI AE/AD. Can also expand and connect to CSB/D21m frame for audio and mic pre controls.

Vistonics™ puts the controls right where engineers need them, with rotary controls and switches built right into the touch screen so they can directly control the parameter they are looking at without the need to glance away or focus on two different control surface elements simultaneously. By combining display and controls in one area, the operator is immediately presented with a simple, clear mix system that streamlines workflow and enhances the creative process.
FaderGlow. Bringing clarity to the most complex mix.
In complex productions, large numbers of audio sources requiring on-the-fly adjustment, traditional fader layers can be confusing. FaderGlow solves the problem by illuminating the fader tracks in colours that match those on the Vistonics™ display, letting the operator immediately see what each fader is controlling - even before reading the text labels for each fader.
FaderGlow is simple. If the settings of the graphic equalizer are mapped to the console faders - those faders are illuminated red - corresponding to the Vistonics™ display. This simple feature reduces stress and making light work of hectic live productions.
