Our current generation I/O modules can physically share the dual slot rear fins, coax or SFP, for quick swapping and moving of modules, even between common rear fin types. The EQX-HBX are design as our most advanced processing modules and will prepare your new and existing EQX router for the future with a number of license enabled features, offering deployed solutions for that single-wire 12G-SDI as traditional 1:4 uncompressed 2sI Gearbox or unlock all 18 video paths by leveraging JPEG XS internally. Optionally the module can be licensed for video over IP connection to Evertz and COTS IP cores using industry standards like SMPTE ST 2110 and NMOS discovery and control.
