Administrative Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Coordinator will act as a key point of contact, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and providing critical administrative support to the CFO and the Finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance team
- Provide high-level administrative support for the CFO
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with board meeting preparation, including assembling materials, scheduling, and distributing documents
- Organize and maintain records, files, and electronic systems for easy access and efficiency
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Must have post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in similar position
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
Location: Burlington, In-Office
Hours: 8:30AM – 5:00PM
