Executive Assistant

You will be responsible for:

  • Screening telephone calls, filing, and faxing, word processing
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Making meeting arrangements
  • Bookkeeping
  • Creating or updating presentation software files
  • Communicating with external creative-service providers
  • Preparing reports and financial data
  • Tracking budgets and expenses

The successful candidate will have:

  • Post-Secondary education in Office Administration
  • Must have basic accounting knowledge and working experience in bookkeeping
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and project coordination experience
  • Min. 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar position
