HR Administrative Assistant (Contract)

As a member of the HR Department this role will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with full cycle recruitment and selection
  • Provide administrative support to members of the HR department
  • Assist in company events
  • Prepare and execute New Hire Orientation
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • College Diploma in Human Resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience presenting in-front of a large audience
  • Time management and organizational skills are essential
  • Strong computer skills necessary
  • Experienced in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Positive attitude and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to travel locally
