Account Manager, UK


  • Manage existing client relations with focus on delivering exceptional customer service and attention in a professional and courteous way
  • Comfortably discuss unique selling points and technical details of all Evertz product segments with clients
  • Create strong relationships with clients through frequent contact, fast follow-up and committed follow-through.
  • Produce weekly written report of activity, customer meetings, forecast and win/loose statistics
  • Produce strategic account plans with milestones in order target continuous improvement of business and relations for each client
  • Attend trade shows as a representative of Evertz


  • 5+ years experience of sales and account management
  • Good technical knowledge of the systems used in the media and broadcast industry
  • Great technical knowledge of media and broadcast systems and ability to identify USPs in order to find suitable applications for Evertz solutions in client's infrastructure
  • Ability to travel locally 50-75% of the time and valid driver's license
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office environment
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Good industry connections
