Role & responsibilities:
- Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes.
- Proficiency in accounting software tally and MS Office applications.
- Addressing queries about payroll-related issues.
- Knowledge of legislation and procedures pertaining to salary deductions.
- knowledge of Individual salary IT computation and filing of Form 24Q.
- Knowledge of IT Investment verification.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the senior accountants or management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within the team.
- Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant experience of 2 to 3 years.
- Bachelor’s in Finance and plus.
- Knowledge of income tax, Labor law, ESI, PF and PT payments and returns.
- Knowledge of payroll and statutory deductions.
- Coordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors.
Office Timing: 1pm to 9pm IST
Office Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore, India
Work Model: In person at Office, Hybrid.
