Travel Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Process domestic and international travel arrangements (incl. air, hotel, auto) for staff
- Provide travel support for staff (incl. delivery of travel itineraries, updating travel bookings)
- Monitor travel advisories and reschedule trip(s) as required
- Provide any necessary documentation required for travel
- Create and maintain travel profiles, travel logs and other documentation
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements with booking receipts
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- College education in related field (Business, Administration, Travel, Hospitality) or related experience
- 0-1 year office administrative experience
- 0-1 year sales/service sector experience
- 0-1 year travel/hospitality sector experience
