Additional steps are required to preserve existing configuration settings and must be completed by Evertz Service personnel prior to upgrading. Evertz heavily discourages downgrading at all times. NOTE 1: Please allow a maintenance window of at least 2 hours when upgrading to nexx-rel-sprint7-r45896. If any issues are seen with the Standard Multiviewers after upgrading, please follow these steps: 1. Save the current configuration of the NEXX-XC by clicking the 'Download Config' button on the 'General' tab of the NEXX-XC's WebEASY page. 2. Factory reset the NEXX-XC by clicking the 'Factory Reset' button on the 'Upgrade' page. 3. Reload the configuration file by clicking on the 'Choose File' button located beside 'Upload Config' on the NEXX-XC's 'General' WebEASY page and then selecting the saved configuration file. 4. Click 'Upload File' to reupload the original configuration settings. Please contact Evertz' Service department with any questions, concerns or if assistance is needed with upgrading to the new firmware. NOTE 2: NEXX-XC-D1 SNMP traps are not functioning! NOTE 3: Line buffer will now default to 'Wide' mode. A timing difference is expected on output unless Frame Sync mode has been enabled.
