The one second offset on the IRIG input has been removed
The IP settings are now saved if there is a power cycle.
There is a new control which advances the motion of the second hand.
Evertz starts the second hand motion at the edge of each second.  
It takes about 250 ms for the hand to move to the new position in a 12 inch clock, 
and a bout 490 ms in a 16 inch clock.  Leitch clocks finish the second hand motion at 
the edge of each second.  The control advances the time of the second hand to make 
the units coincident with Leitch clocks.
