Added two new reader time sources: VITC reader on Genlock Reference input, NTP client.
When switching generator to "Daily Time" or powering-up in this mode, a momentary jam will be performed immediately.  This saves the user from having to perform a momentary jam when setting the card into Daily Jam Time mode.
Added LTC phase Debug display window mode to OSD. Each character position is approx. 3 LTC bits wide.
