- Fixes analog output noise problem on audio channels 5,6,7,8
  that appears on some cards when video #1 is pulled.
- Fixes dependance of audio buffer lock of channels 5,6,7,8
  on presence of video #1. Fixes abnormal startup and frame
  drop/repeat locking delay for these audio channels.
- Increases AES input sample rate tolerance to +/- 950 ppm
  w.r.t. genlock rate. Mutes input audio outside of this envelope.
