- Video input circuit path in FPGA has been adjusted to
  reduce its need for the hold time of data coming from GS1560.
  The reduction is about 1.5 ns.
- This new FPGA file includes most recent Dolby Metadata demux
  code that recognizes both SMPTE methods.
