This release contains the following files:

RELEASE.DOC - These release notes.

MP59B1.HEX  - An ASCII Intel Hex file suitable for most PROM burners.
              The PROM is used in version B main boards of the
              model 5100 Afterburner.  Use this Hex file if your main
              circuit board version is 5100B.

MP59C1.HEX  - An ASCII Intel Hex file suitable for most PROM burners.
              The PROM is used in version C main boards of the
              model 5100 Afterburner.  Use this Hex file if your main
              circuit board version is 5100C and later.

All PROMs should checksum to the first "DATA CHECKSUM" value shown in
the comments at the end of each .HEX file. If your PROM burner
calculates a 4 digit checksum, they should match the least
signifigant 4 digits of the checksum shown in the comments at the end
of each .HEX file.  The .HEX files define the values for all
locations in the PROM, so no pre-burn filling is required.

The HEX files contain comments at the end of the file which indicate
what size PROM should be used, and the name and version of the
software.  Please copy the NAME and VERSION information onto the prom
label.
