Receptionist


Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties including: granting access to the building, organizing meeting rooms, and handling vacation forms
  • Answering incoming calls, transferring the calls to the appropriate extension, paging employees, assisting the direction of calls/messages as necessary
  • Daily sorting and distribution of incoming mail, postage for outgoing mail
  • Printing product booklets
  • Processing expense reports as assigned
  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Experience in reception and proven ability in customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Effective keyboarding and computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Diploma in secretarial/business administrative program preferred, but not required

Location: Burlington, ON
